Refund and Returns Policy
At Kuber Ji Gold Jewellery, Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with each purchase. If your jewelry arrives damaged or broken, we have an efficient return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Our exchange rate is under 5% due to the high quality of our products. However, if you believe you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please review the following criteria for exchanges:
- You can exchange any damaged jewelry within 48 hours of delivery.
- The jewelry must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, and tags.
- If the exchange reason is not related to damage or incorrect items, the order must be prepaid. We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products on COD orders due to the affordability of our products.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs: ₹300 per transaction for COD orders and ₹200 per transaction for prepaid orders for reasons other than damage or incorrect items.
Simple Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer support team within the specified time frame by emailing help@kuberjigold.com to request an exchange.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the exchange. We also require an opening video of the damaged or broken products received.
- After we receive the product, inform us of your exchange choice, and we will send the new items to you.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Returned items will be inspected for quality before processing.
- We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
- Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the item you requested is unavailable, we will offer alternatives or a credit note.
- Please note: Below ₹99 sale items and “Deals Bazaar” sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Refunds and Credits:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will start the exchange process promptly, and the new items will be shipped according to your preference.
